• Reset Progress: You can reset your game progress at any time from the Options menu within the app.

• Opt-Out of Personalized Ads: You can opt-out of personalized advertising through your device settings:

  • iOS: Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking
• Uninstall: Uninstalling the app will delete all locally stored data from your device.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using CowWorking (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nexus Games ("we," "our," or "us").

2. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not grant you any rights to:

• Use the App for commercial purposes
• Distribute, sublicense, or transfer the App to third parties
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Violate or infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App
• Use any automated system (bots, scripts, or cheats) to access or interact with the App

4. In-App Purchases

• Level unlocks

All in-app purchases are processed through the app store platform (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and are subject to their respective terms and policies.

No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the app store's refund policy. Please contact the app store directly for refund requests.

5. Advertisements

The App displays third-party advertisements through Google AdMob, including interstitial ads and rewarded video ads.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers. Your interactions with advertisers and any resulting transactions are solely between you and the advertiser.

Rewarded ads may provide in-game benefits (such as hints). These rewards are granted at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to:

• Graphics, artwork, and visual designs
• Source code and software
• Game mechanics and puzzle designs
• Audio files (music and sound effects)
• Text, translations, and copy
• Trademarks, logos, and branding

are owned by Nexus Games or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Spain, the European Union, and international treaties.

7. User-Generated Content

Currently, the App does not support user-generated content. If this feature is added in the future, separate terms will apply.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or virus-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXUS GAMES BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Business interruption or loss of goodwill
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the App (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexus Games and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Use of cheats, hacks, or unauthorized modifications

Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease, and you must delete the App from your device.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive termination of these Terms.

12. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice.

We may also modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
